How much does a repair cost?
This depends on the device, fault and work involved. There is currently no fixed price list. Costs and the approach are agreed individually.
Can you come to me?
On-site appointments in Hamburg are available by individual arrangement. Please agree on an appointment with DEUSLEX first.
Is remote support available?
We can provide remote help for suitable software and setup problems, including beyond Hamburg. Hardware repairs require access to the device.
Can I just drop off my device?
Please arrange an appointment first. We will agree individually on how to hand over your device.
What about my data?
Tell us about important data before work begins. Back it up beforehand where possible. Data preservation cannot be guaranteed in every case; we agree on the approach in advance.
